SOCIAL EMOTIONAL PARENTING MOVEMENT!

JOIN THE MOVEMENT!

Social emotional learning (SEL) is defined as the process through which children and adults acquire and effectively apply the knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary to understand and manage emotions, set and achieve positive goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain positive relationships, and make responsible decisions.

Parents drive the vision for their family, helping their children develop healthy self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship and responsible decision-making skills. Parents are their child’s first teachers and the first to model these behaviors. They create the culture of the home and communicate—primarily through their behaviors—the patterns and processes for decision making and relationships.

In New Level Parenting, we help parents evaluate their current patterns and processes while learning new skills to help them coach their children to success.
